Carole has been a licensed realtor and transaction coordinator for 19 years. She is meticulous and detail-oriented. As transaction coordinator, Carole’s role is to oversee the paperwork required to complete the sale or purchase and ensure the file complies with the Department of Real Estate. She works with each client to obtain signatures and keep the transaction moving forward in time with the escrow period.

Carole is also a Notary Public, assisting escrow with any notary needs such as witnessing and notarizing the Buyer’s signatures on loan documents before funding and recording.
